Return and Refund Policy

We hope that you will have many years of use out of our products, but if for any reason you’re unhappy with your order and would like to return it, we are happy to offer a refund, as long as it’s within 14 days of your receipt of goods.
Unfortunately, we can only accept the return of items that are complete, in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging they arrived with you in.

To return an item, please drop us an email at sales@dfxtech.co.uk with your order number, this is found on the Order Confirmation you would have received at the time of ordering.

Once your parcel has been received by our team it can take up to  14 working days to fulfil your request and refund your payment card.

If you have not received our email confirmation after sending your return to us within 7 working days, please email us at sales@dfxtech.co.uk so we can investigate.

When returning goods please make sure they are clearly marked with your order reference so that they can be easily identified, please only returns goods once you have received confirmation to do so, to avoid delays once we received the returned goods.
